The successful CRM Manager will play a key role in planning, executing and analysing their Email Campaigns, using best practice methodologies for all communication strategies. You will have a strong CRM and Digital Marketing background, managing large scale Email Campaigns of 1 million plus per month. Working closely with the Insight and Analytical teams you will be a key individual in implementing and improving strategy across CRM to drive customer engagement and increases in revenue. With a strong background in managing email marketing campaigns you will be a data driven individual who enjoys using your analytical skills to provide insight and increase improvements across the business.
