In this key role as CRM Manager you will take overall responsibility for designing and implementing the brands CRM Strategies, while working closely with different areas of the business. You will be looking to drive sales, within the luxury market, to drive customer retention and customer acquisition across Email, SMS and personalised outreaches. Working closely with the Digital, Marketing and Analytics teams you will be an analytical individual with a sound statistical knowledge, with the ability to analyse ROI and make business critical decisions. We are looking for someone with a track record of adding value to an organisation and being able to demonstrate delivery of CRM related projects.
