Partners' Secretary - Accountancy

Our client, a leading City based Accountancy firm, is seeking a Secretary to join its Private Wealth & Estates Group. Supporting 2 Partners and their teams with all their secretarial and administrative needs, amongst the responsibilities of the Partners' Secretary will be: Coordinating diary appointments and scheduling meeting arrangements Arranging conference calls Assisting Partners with the due diligence / KYC process Responding to correspondence on behalf of Partners Transcribing from digital dictation Billing, raising fees, running reports Preparing PowerPoint presentations Minute taking for internal and external meetings Arranging travel and accommodation as and when needed Proof-reading documents Processing expenses Partners' Secretary - what we're looking for: Previous experience as a Secretary supporting Partners within a Professional environment Experience of working within the Accountancy sector is essential Proven track record of working with digital dictation and minuting in previous roles Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, there is a lot of client contact in this role and you will need to be comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential material Strong MS Office to include PowerPoint Knowledge of invoicing systems would be beneficial Partner's Secretary - what's in it for you?
