Overview

One of my top clients is looking for a Asset Manager/Client Services Manager to join their luxury property development company based in Mayfair. The role As part of the front of house team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relations and assisting the Head of Client Relations with managing the expanding London portfolio. Duties First point of contact, extensive diary management, overseeing expenses and any ad hoc assistance for the Head of Client Relations Liaising with PA’s and the wider team to coordinate meetings and events Scheduling appointments with residents and external vendors Updating systems and filing documents Keeping resident information up to date Preparing utility and monthly report presentations Maintain a portion of the legal documents across the property portfolio Collation and preparation of presentations, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint Minute taking Maintaining/updating the key contact database Handling property maintenance requests and liaising with necessary team members Budget preparations – budget vs actual Assist with financial service charge presentations, demands and collections Responsible for checking and recommending the invoices for settlement Assist with procuring pre-opening items or monthly ongoing essentials for the developments Review periodical maintenance schedules Who you are The right candidates will be polished, bright and articulate with immaculate telephone etiquette and communication skills. The role is perfect for a super organised, team player who has excellent attention to detail and is passionate about providing a high level of service to clients. Essential requirements; - Previous experience working for a residential agency, managing assets/property portfolio - Microsoft Office skills Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm 28 days holiday inclusive of bank & public holidays Opportunities for promotion and transfer
