Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading Investment Bank based in the heart of the city. This is a temporary ongoing role, starting ASAP with a strong possibility to turn into a permanent role. Reporting in to the Senior HR Business Partner and wider HR Team providing comprehensive administrative support across the Bank in London and EMEA. Duties include: Carrying out processes, procedure as per manuals, training and systems workflow Undertaking appropriate controls to ensure the quality and accuracy of the transaction i. preparation of work placement offers Providing reports and working on HR presentations Scanning and filing documents appropriately Scheduling and coordinating meetings Advertising the internal vacancies on the HR Intranet page Managing confidential data, keeping central systems up to date Responding accurately and in a timely manner to employee and managers requests and queries via phone, email, instant message, or face to face interactions on simple HR matters Supporting projects to continually improve the service Support and administration for both volunteering and corporate giving schemes Ensuring the office operates smoothly including distributing post, stationary orders, reporting any faults to Helpdesk and archiving when required Booking business trips and processing expenses for the wider HR team Coordinating the HR Conference and any social events ABCD input (adding and reviewing new recruitment agencies to the PSL) Invoice processing When required note taking in meetings i. for grievances and disciplinaries Dealing and resolving any IT issues the HR Department may face by liaising with PDIS. Supporting other adhoc HR projects The successful candidate must be highly organised, possess excellent client liaison skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to demonstrate initiative and a pro-active approach to work is also important for this role. A meticulous attention to detail and competency using MS Office applications, i. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential as is the ability to handle confidential data in a professional manner.
