Overview

My client is a boutique human capital provider to the Real Estate sector. They recruit professionals within the Real Estate Investment Management/Advisory disciplines from their office in Central London for clients ranging from Global Consultancies, Fund Managers, Banks, Property Companies, Opportunity Funds, Private Equity, REIT’s and Family Offices. The Role As a Team Assistant/Researcher, you will be working alongside senior team members in recruiting talent across a spectrum of the Real Estate market. · Responsibility for the identification and attraction of candidate profiles that match client mandates · Assisting with the day to day management of all candidate profiles in line with the searches, which includes shadowing candidate meetings and preparing candidate profile documents · Formatting CV’s, writing job descriptions, meeting notes and precis on candidates · Using company social media / digital marketing to advertise vacancies, attracting candidates and building relationships · Working across multiple different projects simultaneously · Arranging interviews with clients · Team diary management · Become a student of the real estate market - gaining in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of each of the key disciplines and major players, through meetings and events · This is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change from time to time in line with business needs, and your own professional development · Potential to move into a billing consultant role in the future Additional · Compiling company pitch books / decks for candidates and clients · Streamline internal processes · Write blog posts to elevate awareness and engagement of the company’s services · Identify ways to collaborate with other brands / businesses via events and partnerships · Grow and manage company social media channels The Individual · Will be outgoing and confident when dealing with all levels of seniority · Client facing, well presented, polished and articulate · Must have a keen interest in the real estate market · Prior admin experience essential · Influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills · Team working skills · Strong eye for detail · Excellent time management and organisational skills · Strong MS office skills Start date: Immediate Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 plus annual discretionary bonus Office Location: Central London – Regent Street Working Hours: 08.30-17.30
