EA & Team Manager (Hybrid) - Tech
Overview
A pioneering technology company is in need of a hybrid EA & Team Manager to join their extremely busy team during this period of hyper-growth. As EA, you will be working directly with your Lead as well as being on hand to offer any ad hoc support to the SLT as required, whether that be covering staff or helping with intense workloads in other teams. This role will involve supporting the Senior Execs day to day while being a true support to the company as a whole and a valued member of the team. This is an exciting role in which you will gain unprecedented exposure to the business while honing your skills. In this hybrid role, you will partner with your main Exec, supporting but also reporting into them as a real right hand. You will also be working with your Lead in managing Assistants throughout the company, supporting and building their experience with training and development as well as collaborating on projects with the team. Part of your role will involve seamlessly transitioning into different departments to assist with workload and projects, adapting to each Execs individual needs when required. You will be building relationships with multiple stakeholders, so having a core knowledge across the company is imperative. You will be the eyes and ears of the teams, troubleshooting any problems before they can manifest themselves. You will have multiple responsibilities ranging from complex international travel, coordinating diaries and managing stakeholders. In addition to this, you will also be the welcoming face of the company ensuring everyone has a great visitor experience. You will help organise staff retreats and lunches, and offer any personal support to those in need, from the Director to the juniors, so it is imperative that you are a positive and self-aware Assistant. To be considered for this role you must have experience supporting multiple senior executives within a fast paced environment as well as management experience.
