Supporting the Land Director and the general upkeep of the office with report writing, diary management, expenses and other business needs. This is temp to perm opportunity with development opportunities. Client Details Successful, family run business based in Windsor Description Supporting the Land Director and the general office with diary management, helping pull together business reports in Excel (so you need to be a bit of a whizz) as well as other ad hoc duties. Responsibilities within the role will include: Diary Management - meetings and travel and re-schedules Preparation of relevant documents for meetings Creating and linking Excel spreadsheet for land purchase needs Updating presentations and spreadsheets to include charts and figures - collating figures to update presentations Dealing with planning departments via phone and email Travel arrangements Meeting organisation - internal and external meetings Expenses Monitoring e-mails, and prioritising urgent information Typing and tidying up presentations and documents General admin support for documents, letters, calendars and meetings Profile The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a team administrator Prepared to take responsibility Calm and courteous under pressure Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload / be flexible to the business needs To have discretion and diplomacy when given information that may be confidential Strong Administration Skills Advanced Computer Skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint Car driver is essential due to location and need to travel to other sites and business locally. Job Offer £20,000 - £24,000 Temp to perm opportunity
