A City based professional services firm is looking for a bright and resilient HR Assistant who has previous experience working within a HR administrative position which has required them to liaise with clients regarding any queries they may have. This is an incredibly varied and involved HR position, that will require an astute individual who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain professional at all times. It is important that you understand HR terminology and liaise with different clients, as well as internal staff. Skills/Experience Desired; Recent demonstrable experience within HR administration. Experience liaising with clients is a bonus. Experience working in a consultancy environment is preferred. Experience working within both the public and private sector is preferred. Comfortable providing HR advice to clients. Confident and personable. Resilience, with an excellent attention to detail.
