It’s an exciting time to join the team Due to an internal promotion, our client is now looking for an Asset Data and Programme Supervisor to join their team. You will have the chance to shape their IT functions and support the organisation as they strive to make a difference to Cornish communities. The Role As the Asset Data and Programme Supervisor, you will manage and develop asset information, databases and technical systems for the organisation. You will oversee systems that are essential to the effective operation of the Technical Services Team and take budgetary responsibility for an amount in excess of £100,000 per year. About You To be considered as the Asset Data and Programme Supervisor, you will need: - Database management skills - Property maintenance or management knowledge - Demonstrable knowledge of asset database mapping information - An understanding of property databases and their management - Knowledge of stock condition survey collection and audit as well as the testing of information - At a minimum, an ECDL qualification or demonstrable advanced IT skills - The ability to use Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel skills - The ability to produce complex management reports across multiple datasets - A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle This role will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Ideally, you will have knowledge of the current housing market, but this is not essential. Knowledge of GIS mapping would be beneficial, as would experience of using property software applications. Qualifications such as an asbestos management (P405), contract or project management at NVQ4 level and/or a HHSRS would be advantageous.
