Project Manager- Azure Cloud migration Salary to £60,000 benefits Central Bristol (commutable from Bath, Swindon, Wiltshire, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Chippenham, Somerset) 12 months initial fixed term role My client is based in the heart of Bristol, just a 5 minute walk from Temple Meads train station and are currently 1 year in to a 3 year programme of work to migrate their business to the Cloud. Â As result we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has an excellent understanding of cloud migration initiatives, particularly Azure. What you will be doing: Over the next 12 months you will work alongside 2 other Project Managers, reporting in to the main Programme Manager. You will be responsible for individual work packages, migrating core business applications (c100), and all relevant data, to Azure cloud. You will be heavily involved in stakeholder management, working at all levels up to and including senior executive level, and need to provide clear, concise and frequent updates on progress. Skills and experience we are looking for: Experienced and proven Project Manager- essential Cloud migration project history- essential Application and Data migration experience - essential Azure- good to strong understanding Strong technologist- (not down to tin & wire level) APM or Prince2 - nice to have Budget management experience- highly beneficial There is plenty of work and scope in the programme to allow for the role to extend further than the initial 12 months on offer so please get in touch ASAP for learn more about the opportunity.
