Overview

Web Developer / Backend Software Engineer (Node.js Go Golang SQL DDD). Would you like to take on a technically challenging and stimulating role at a fast growing digital identification scale-up in a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to learn and continually improve your skillset? As a Web Developer you will design and develop serverside components to support business needs, from design through to implementation and integration. You’ll be working with a microservices architecture with Node.js, Go, JavaScript, GraphQL with Postgres powering highly available queues. You’ll be a key member of a cross functional team, partaking in technical discussions and pushing back where appropriate. You’ll be based in brand new offices in London that have large chill out areas with table tennis and foosball tables and can enjoy perks including; 25 days holiday, 5 ‘selfie days’ for personal development, core hours of 1000-1600, Friday drinks, team events and access to industry conferences. Requirements: Experience writing network facing serverside software in a language such as Go, Node.js, SQL Good working knowledge of Postgres databases and Linux OS Experience of using modern version control tools such as git Familiar with shell scripting and command line tools Knowledge or interest in Cryptology (you’ll learn on the job) Tenacious with good problem solving skills As a Web Developer / Developer you will earn a competitive salary (to £65k) plus benefits.
