Recruitment Consultant - Workington, Cumbria Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 p.a. dependant on qualifications and experience The Company Our client is an Ofsted Outstanding training organisation, based in the North West of England providing a wide range of high quality training. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Operational Recruitment Virtual Learning Environment ("VLE") to support the apprenticeship recruitment process, in addition to maintaining the VLE. The candidate will require a high level of flexibility and adaptability. Role Responsibilities: Supporting the apprentice recruitment process. Working with staff to upload resources onto the VLE and maintaining content. To carry out all administration and to arrange interviews as required. Liaising with employers regarding their recruitment requirements and providing a full recruitment service. To help maintain a good relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including carrying out one to one meetings to prepare them for interviews. Developing and delivering induction activities. Assisting with the recruitment of Access to Apprenticeship programmes. Providing a monthly report to the Marketing Operational Recruitment Manager on activities within the department. Essential Skills Requirements: Valid UK driving license. High level of confidentiality and integrity is essential. Proven experience in recruitment practices e.g. interviewing. Good administration skills, attention to detail and ability to work on their own initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and via telephone.
