VennGroup The specialists in professional recruitment Recruitment Team Leader Ref: CYC6947770 Sector: Charity Location: Kent Duration: Permanent Salary: £23’000 - £25’000 per annum Job description and overall purpose: Provide a 360-recruitment service Partner with allocated Service Managers Understand hiring needs and organisational goals Key Actives: Coaching and managing three direct reports Partner with HR Advisors Conduct phone and face to face interviews with hiring managers Develop relationships with Service Managers Oversee all pre employment checks Track and reduce the hiring process Run Social Media and Internal hiring campaigns Support the Recruitment Manager when necessary Following a values-based recruitment strategy Developing your HR knowledge Prepare and review all new starter contracts Experiences: 2-4 years working in HR or Recruitment Proven knowledge of Right to Work in the UK Experience in the Charity or Health and Social Care sector Strong leadership and supervisory skills
