A great opportunity has arisen for either a trainee or an experienced resourcer/ researcher to work for my my client in Tunbridge Wells. Established for over 12 years, my client are a leading recruitment consultancy in their field of recruitment. They are the go to recruitment consultancy in their market, and are now looking to add another person to their team. They are totally committed and passionate about what they do and deliver excellent service, to both clients and candidates alike. They have a reputation for delivering quality, and have fun doing it. Role: The role of the Talent Researcher is to find, qualify and create opportunities with new and existing talent in the industry. You will be required to call and manage a talent pool of individuals currently working at all of their client’s competitors and associate businesses with the aim of booking a meeting with them for your Consultant/Director to attend and to manage them through the recruitment process. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is forward thinking and keen to learn. In return they offer a fantastic place to work, a competitive remuneration package and an uncapped commission scheme In addition to this they run incentives for the top billers each month and quarter which will include you. Ideal candidate: Previous sales or recruitment experience Excellent communication skills Sociable, and enjoy building and maintaining relationships Confident in your approach Ambitious Well organised Good time management Takes pride in work and in self. Annual basic salary 20-25k dependant on experience plus uncapped commission, incentives and career opportunity. Plus the opportunity to work in an excellent team environment.
