Overview
The Role: Full time permanent Salary up to £45,000pa Based in Taunton Driving involved covering Wales and the South. Looking for a qualified and experienced Quality Support Manager to cover a small group of care homes across the South and Wales region. An opportunity to join a mid-sized family run care group, there homes are presented to a high standard and strive to provide an excellent standard of care to our residents. Job Purpose: Delivery of quality performance targets the group of care homes. Establish and maintain relationship management with key external stakeholders Support Company Directors in the delivery of strategic objectives. Requirments Active Registration with NMC RGN / RMN Qualification Full Drivers License Experience in developing Clinical or related practice within Nursing Homes. Experience of Change management, Report writing and Data analysis An expert on both Healthcare Inspectorate Wales and CQC regulations Understands corporate governance issues within the care and private sector.
