APPLY NOW FOR IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND SAME DAY DECISIONS Support Workers - Supported Living Titchfield, near Fareham (PO15) Rate of pay up to £12.00 per hour Up to 42 hour contracts on offer overtime Fantastic opportunity to work in 2 supported living flats next door to each other 2 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care. Shift times can vary anywhere from 6am starts up to 10pm, but some are split shifts and some long days. Must be a car driver and have a full clean driving licence. You will work with 2 clients who have learning disabilities, autism, visually impaired and deaf, they both can exhibit challenging behaviour and as a Supported Living Support Worker you are there to provide personal care and hygiene, promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling lives as possible, including social based activities and therapy based activities. This may include taking them shopping, to the cinema, activity centres and much more. Both clients have Mobility vehicles and you must drop and pick up them off to the day centre. You must have a full clean driving licence. Ideal applicants will have experience in social care working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy (including Buccal), however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
