Overview
AJ Chambers are recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a continuously growing Top 50 firm. The role is based in Norwich and is purely Accounts work and no Audit. The role is client facing so the ideal candidate must be confident and well mannered. Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 Senior Accountant Duties: Statutory accounts production for limited companies and sole traders Completion and submission of VAT Tax Returns Corporation tax computations Reviewing the work of Juniors Bank reconciliations and bookkeeping Communicating and resolving financial and compliance issues with clients and HMRC Keeping up to date technically and providing accurate and efficient advice to clients General ad-hoc duties that arise from day to day Person Specification: ACCA/ACA Qualified or QBE Experience of 3 years in Public Practice desirable Experience in the preparation of statutory and management accounts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills If you are interested in this role please apply direct or contact Natasha Horner at AJ Chambers.
