Head of Department Opportunity Senior Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Swansea Centre A well-regarded legal practice based in Swansea are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their team in Swansea. My client are a personable and friendly firm offering legal advice to families, individuals, and businesses. Their commitment to providing clear and pragmatic legal advice, and providing a trusted and approachable service with a specific focus to client care, is reflected in the excellent feedback they receive. This expanding team are currently seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Applicants should have at least four years fee earning experience, management experience and must be comfortable running own caseload independently, subject to administrative and case management support. The successful candidate's duties will include managerial support to the conveyancing department , whilst assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters as well as resolving complex and technical queries and continuing to work to promote the firm within the local area.
