Legal Director / Head of Legal Practice - Swansea TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded legal practice based in Swansea with a rare Head of Legal Practice opportunity. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Solicitor/Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a busy and developing business with future plans in place to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience of handling their own Residential Property caseload to step into a Senior and Head of position. You will have a small caseload as well as actively participating as part of the executive team. This is a board member role instrumental in the continued commercial success of a modern and energetic residential conveyancing business. You will be responsible for: ensuring that systems and controls are in place across the firm. delivering a superior quality service to partners and customers. actively and purposefully facilitating ambitious company growth plans by identifying opportunities and building successful relationships with external and internal partners. delivering results quickly, as well as compliantly, through the application of pragmatic decision-making skills, robust processes, and detailed training programmes. actively building strong and successful relationships with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers and other relevant bodies and industry leaders This is a key role in leading the compliance and training responsibilities of the business whilst working alongside directors and shareholders.
