Overview
Overview A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst, to join a fast paced and commercially driven team to help in the delivery of major process and system improvement to their international function. They are implementing a new Oracle ERP system and you will be overseeing the Order to Cash (OTC) elements. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone to join a complex company who are investing heavily in business change / systems improvement. The role is based on site at their modern offices in Southampton. The Role This role offers good variety as you will be responsible for leading new software integrations that will need to meet the requirements of the business. There are a number of legacy systems that they want to consolidate into one main Oracle system. This is a project expected to last several years. You will need to be able to review business needs and translate these into how the new system needs to operate, create test scripts and scenarios and analyse the results. You will also be involved in the development of training of local teams on the new systems/processes. The Ideal Candidate You must have a strong background within systems analysis and able to demonstrate success in leading large scale systems change. Experience of Oracle and or OTC systems is highly desired. You will need to have experience of end to end systems improvement. The ideal candidate will be well organised, a self starter and will have a strong working knowledge of system analysis and continuous improvements.
