Overview
Head of Operational Finance Your new company I am working with a hotel group, who are looking for a Head of Operational Finance lead. The portfolio comprises of a collection of 15 unique boutique hotels in the UK, owned by a wider global hospitality group. Your new role Responsible for managing all of the hotels operational finance, working directly hotels finance teams in multiple locations, building strong relationships with both the operation and commercial finance teams. You will indirectly manage a very large report, developing career plans for your teams and ensuring the wider finance team has a clear career plan. You will already be an established finance leader and will already be operating in a "Head of" position within a complex organisation. What you'll need to succeed The right candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in an operational finance role at a senior level. The right candidate will also need stakeholder management experience, as they will work closely with the CFO and CEO. They are ideally looking for a candidate that has experience working within a complex financial structure, managing a very large team.
