URGENT REQUIREMENT Service Desk Analyst Darlington Permanent Up to £25.5k Fantastic benefits package In light of the current situation in which we all find ourselves at this time, my client has an urgent requirement for the below positions as they are currently recruiting business critical roles. I am currently recruiting for two highly experienced Service Desk Analysts to work for a market leading organisation based in County Durham on a permanent basis. My client is well-known for their benefits package and are committed to developing their staff, offering training opportunities and career progression. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact and provide technical support to end-users with computer hardware or software queries. The work will be mainly operated remotely or via phone, emails or through fault finding programs. You will have the following skills/experience: Proven track record working within IT Support/1st/2nd Line Support roles Windows Server 2008/ 2012/ 2016 Windows 7/ 8/ 10 Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016/ O365 Experience in Active Directory and group policy objects ITIL V3 Foundation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excellent customer service skills.
