Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting business at a time of expansion. Working in a contact centre environment, you will deal with a mix of business and residential customers. You will deal with a wide range of queries, resolves complaints and put solutions in place for customers. Ideally you will have previous customer service in a contact centre. However, we will also consider candidates with great communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers and good PC skills.
