Overview

Operations Support Administrator My fantastic client, based in Radcliffe, is currently in the process of recruiting an Operations Support Administrator to join their ever-growing team. This role has become available through expansion and due to the increased workload, we are currently recruiting for a Permanent member of staff to add to their established workforce. The Role: To operate a busy service desk Handle inbound and outbound calls To work with other departments in the business to manage queries Collate, check and document all company stats on a daily basis and communicate out to the wider business and head of operations. Manage and maintain all company sites once mobilised, communicating results of inspections to the customer base and sending weekly summary reports to the client and management team.
