You will be joining a specialist Legal Aid Care Team of 6, headed up by an experienced Partner. Your role as the Care Solicitor will be to handle your own caseload of publicly funded care matters, undertaking your own advocacy. You must be a qualified care/family solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) with proven experience in handling your own caseload. The firm is open to a variety of experience levels, therefore solicitors of all levels are encouraged to apply.
