The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Property Solicitor to join our clients’ highly regarded legal practice. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes a number of the firms’ Directors. The successful Conveyancer will manage a demanding caseload incorporating: sales and purchases residential properties; property finance; auction sales; planning; leasehold enfranchisement; Landlord and Tenant Act matters and; development projects. In addition, the ideal Conveyancer will play an active role in business development, networking to ensure the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole. You will also undertake supervisory duties for junior members of the team. A hands-on position suited to a confident Property Lawyer seeking a new challenge within a well-regarded firm offering competitive remuneration and excellent career progression prospects. The Candidate You must be a qualified Lawyer with approximately 5 years experience gained within a well-regarded Property department. You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential transactions. You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy. You will be client-focused with an aptitude for business development. You will be driven, proactive and personable.
