Head of Finance - North West London (Harrow)- Exciting business in growth - up to £70,000 Are you looking to join a business in growth? If yes, please keep reading This business operates in a growing sub-industry that places the customer at the heart of its proposition. Our Client has the need for a hands-on, experienced Finance Manager who will be more than just looking at numbers Indeed, they need someone who will focus on customer satisfaction as customers comes first for this business. You will need to be a bubbly and enthusiastic individual as well as being passionate about making a difference to people's lives Our Client believes in challenging the norm and pushing boundaries and creating better things They are in real growth and believe their products not only is trendy but is also helping the way people live. What will you be doing as the Head of Finance? Commercial support: Establish and produce relevant financial reports detailing commercial forecasts, statistical information etc You will prepare monthly financial dashboard and commentary for senior stakeholders. Build and improve the capabilities and processes within the finance team to create a customer led Business Partnering function through regular reviews, clarity of shared goals and regular recognition. In collaboration with Group Finance, manage the annual budget process for the business. What do you need to become the Head of Finance?
