My client is looking for a full time maintenance coordinator based in Basildon. Duties include: Liaising with sub-contractors Answering telephone enquiries inputting calls onto a data base Keeping clients updated Producing purchase orders Be part of on call rota Previous experience within facilities maintenance sector is essential You must be able to work at a fast Pace, organised and able to meet deadlines.
