Overview
A fantastic company based in High Wycombe are currently recruiting a Finance Controller for a 12-month FTC. The Finance Controller Role is to support their Europe head office, MEA and India, through the smooth running of the financial accounts and maintaining the integrity of financial ledger whilst ensuring compliance with relevant Legislation. Whether taking lead or being part of cross functional or Global teams, you will be an expert in your field and bring insight and value. Key Duties: Management of 3 direct reports, ensuring their duties are clear and understood and that progress is being made towards all deadlines Audit management and group statutory reports/filing including corporation tax returns Quarterly VAT workings and filings UK & UAE Oversee timely month end processes and review of balance sheet once complete Management of the finance function for Europe and the Middle East, running the team and ensuring all aspects of accounts are adhered to and completed. Accounts for India will also be managed under this role. Monthly Management Accounts calls with the MEA CEO to review the income statement and narrate variances against forecast and internal review of the balance sheet Organise forecasting sessions to plan for the coming year Oversee the annual audit across all entities to ensure its smooth running Payroll review and approval Benefits: A collaborative, fun, friendly environment Competitive salary and benefits package Excellent training and development programme Opportunities for career development
