Overview

Our client, a privately owned financial services company has recently merged with a global organisation and is therefore experiencing huge growth. They're currently looking for 2 experienced Finance & Operations Analysts to join them. They're looking for motivated self-starters, who are highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail. Our client offers great basic salary, annual bonus structure, gym membership and pension. We want to find people who are excited about joining a team that is rapidly expanding, with the realisation of the future opportunities this brings. Experience in a similar role is essential such as banking, AML, KYC, Payroll, Payments. Duties include Monitoring client balances and credit conditions Managing all daily incoming and outgoing payments Reconciling bank entries against our internal system Client account opening and due diligence Dealing with client payment enquiries, liaising with banking partners as appropriate Generating reports for our clients and introducers Transaction monitoring and Enhanced Due Diligence Covering of foreign exchange positions Risk Management and hedging of positions Skills/Experience Experience in a similar role Motivated self starter who can work well in a growing team and is able to manage their own workload Highly numerate Hard working with exceptional attention to detail Outgoing with strong communication skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
