Finance Manager - ACCA or CIMA Qualified - Team of 4 - Great Work-life Balance - Flexible working Your new company A Finance Manager role based in Princes Risborough has become available for an experience Finance Manager or Controller who is keen to secure role that offers a challenging environment but a good work life balance. You will be joining an organisation that has gone through change due to growing the organisation. Your new role As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the finance team which is made up of a Management Accountant, Accounts Assistant and a credit team. Your role will take control of the month end process which will see you co-ordinate the finance team to finalise the numbers for month end. Supporting an up and coming management accountant, together you will process the month end including accruals and prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations. This will then leave you to pull together the management reporting and present this to the head of finance who will challenge you to ensure no stone is unturned. A key part of this role is also to look at the processes and see how you can improve this. Cutting down the length of time for month end will be a priority so experience in improving processes is important. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant with several years in a similar role. The role does not offer further progression, but it does offer an environment where you can implement change.
