The majority of people we work with have studied humanities or business subjects at universities all over the UK including Oxbridge and Russell Group . Our clients range from Executive Search and Recruitment firms looking for Junior Consultants, to Tech Start-ups looking to hire Sales or Business Development Associates. We work with fantastic tools and software that ensure we’re very effective at delivering a first class, high-touch service. This is a fantastic opportunity to get the experience of a year abroad whilst gaining transferable skills in a growing startup The Role Working in the Polish office you’ll be exposed to the entire sourcing process that runs Timberseed. You will be responsible for: Sourcing new candidates through various platforms, ranging from recruitment database to LinkedIn. Approaching potential candidates and screening them to assessing their skills, ability and experience Preparing job adverts and managing them Liasing with the Sales Team, maximising profits within existing accounts Attaining a thorough knowledge of your chosen industry Perks Timberseed will provide you with great training - you’ll gain valuable transferable skills and become an industry expert Amazing experience in living abroad Welcoming, friendly and supporting team Social life (regular lunches out and weekly drinks) What skills do I need?
