Overview
My client is seeking a Junior Associate NQ - 2 yrs PQE to join their well established Real Estate group to work in their Putney office. This role will offer a broad range of commercial property work within a supportive environment. You will handle high quality work including acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.
