Software Engineer - Contact Centre - Java - IVR My client, a leading financial services company is looking for a Software Engineer within a Contact Centre to provide technical governance and coordination of IVR projects. As the Software Engineer you will be required to closely work with operational teams, 3rd party suppliers and the companies telephony business stakeholders. In addition, as the Contact Centre Software Engineer you will be Develop and provide technical governance for working practices such as version control, documentation, code development, testing and deployments. The successful Contact Centre Software Engineer will possess the following skills and experiences:- Java & Java-based frameworks - API / web service design, development & implementation via REST, JSON, XML, GraphQL etc. Voice User Interface with Natural Language capabilities for IVR/speech applications using VoiceXML, GRXML, CCXML, TwiML. Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery process using Git, Jenkins/Bamboo & ability to support build & deployment automation exercises as needed.
