I am pleased to be working with a growing, financial services company who are offering a rare opportunity for a surrey based HR Business Partner to join on a 12 month FTC, the ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background and experience in managing stakeholders in a commercially focused, pragmatic environment. Essential: Financial services experience Experience of operating in an international matrix environment Understanding of COEs and Shared Services Restructuring project and change management Salary: 50-60k DOE A global 4 days a week or reduced hours on a 5 day week would be considered (3 days a week would not be an option at this stage)
