Overview
Future Personnel are currently recruiting for a wide range of local companies who are in need of professional and confident communicators to work through the built up backlog. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills to work in a varied and busy position, covering all aspects of inbound and outbound customer service, whilst completing all related administration. The successful individual will need to be friendly and customer orientated who can build a rapport with customers whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Day to day duties: Handling all incoming calls and email enquiries Liaise with customers providing support and information relating to products Answering all queries and following up with further information via email Liaise with other departments within the organisation ensuring deadlines are met Key Skills: Previous customer service or call centre experience Excellent telephone manner Customer focused attitude Microsoft Word & Excel Sutton £18,000 - £20,000 Permanent and temporary positions available Future Personnel are currently shortlisting so apply NOW
