Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor Location: Essex Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 The company This contemporary consultancy is quickly becoming a Building Surveying market leader specialising in Education projects nationwide with a head office in Essex.This consultancy can provide an opportunity to join an expanding firm at the beginning of a high period of growth. There is high potential to progress into a client account manager or a head of department later down the line. The position While this consultancies focus is specialist, their support is comprehensive. As the new Building Surveyor you will be responsible for assisting with Project Management, Design, Spec Writing, Procurement, Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, Defect Rectification and PPM in the Educations and Commercial sectors. You will report to the Director and Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities whilst maintaining an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation affecting the technical aspects of building surveying. Could this role be for you? RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying. Experience as a Building Surveyor in the Education sector a bonus.
