Job Description
On behalf of my client we are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join an outstanding organisation within the Colchester, Essex area. You will provide a high standard of leadership and support to care and ancillary staff when leading a shift, to delegate and support team members and through observation, feedback and supervision ensure that care is of a high standard at all times. To act as a role model to other team members. To liaise with the Unit or Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in ensuring communication of any matters that need follow-up or input. Be responsible for providing the highest standards of service to our residents whilst complying with all company policies and regulations. You must have:- Genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Team player Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes Experience / Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines Level 2 in health and social care and willing to achieve level 3 Support and supervise junior staff through their key working role and carry out supervision Pay rate - £9.07 per hour
