Overview
Senior Product Manager required for an Energy business based in Manchester , paying up to £80K Excellent Bonus and Benefits (including strong pension contributions) Senior Product Manager required to join a new enterprise scale digital transformation with a complete focus and commitment to end customer experience and usability. As Senior Product Manager you will have previous experience in large scale product delivery projects across enterprise scale internal systems, (such as complex billing systems, asset management and other business critical systems), as well as experience across customer portals, customer facing websites and field based mobile devices. As Senior Product Manager you will have exceptional delivery experience of customer facing solutions, multiple success stories to discuss, and an excellent understanding of both Agile and more traditional delivery models (Prince2 / Waterfall) – you will understand the importance of utilising the best delivery model suitable for both the customer and business success. Key responsibilities in role / your background: · Budget management (circa £5M) across a programme of products · Awareness of broader Opex / Capex budgets · Excellent understanding of technical web / digital solutions, such as; Portals, Customer facing websites, internal enterprise systems and mobile applications (iOS / Android) · Complete ownership of substantial product prototyping, strategy and long term roadmaps · Agile Delivery model, as well as a broader appreciation for Waterfall / Prince2 · Customer focused products, including business outcomes, and maintaining product roadmaps accordingly · Exceptional communication and relationship building across technical resources and executive stakeholders. · Ability to manage people and resources (This role will include two direct reports) What's in it for you?
