Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established not for profit organisation that provides excellent quality care Nationwide. My client is looking for an interim Area Manager on a 6 month FTC to cover the Midlands and North West, covering Coventry, Colwyn Bay, Merseyside, Staffordshire and Birmingham and surrounding areas. Responsibilities will include providing Line Management to Home Managers, ensuring all services meet CQC regulations, company standards and business and performance targets, as well as identifying opportunities for the development and improvement of new services. You must have a passion for outstanding care and providing quality service. My client are looking for a candidate with previous Area Management experience in a Health and Social care field including the managing of budgets, leading a team, multi-site management and the development of new services. Extensive travel is involved as part of the role and it is imperative you are based within the region.
