Are you looking for a step up into a management role? Maybe you are already in management and need a challenge? Either way, this 50 bedded nursing home needs someone who can come in and be a driving force in turning it around. You won't be looking for a steady ship and want to really make your mark. You will be happy to work clinical hours as well as supernumery. The home requires improvement and needs a deputy manager that is going to come in and shake things up with the new home manager. Your management qualification will be paid for and you will be supported through the process. You will be working Monday - Friday office hours and will have a great opportunity to progress further if desired.
