Overview
Permanent Application Support Analyst Wolverhampton £30-35,000 benefits out of hours support pay Due to continued organisational growth, we are currently looking to expand the team with 2 Application Support Analysts. You would be joining a fast-paced software house who create bespoke software products for multiple industries such as Insurance, Banking, Healthcare and government to name a few. Joining an established and sociable team of 10 you will have plenty of progression opportunities within the organisation such as moving into Support Development, Solution or Technical implementation and Development. Your skills: Ideally 3 years’ experience as an Application Support Analyst Familiarity with Ticketing systems Knowledge of application and software development (SQL knowledge) -Training will be provided to bespoke systems.
