Job Description
Job Title: Charity Store Manager Location: Wolverhampton BS Salary: £18,550 per annum Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours Reference: YMCLM512672 We are looking for a self-motivated Charity Store Manager with excellent interpersonal skills, who is inspired to face the challenges of the charity retailing, to run our successful existing Charity Shop. The appointed person will be responsible for generating maximum profits from donated stock, provide excellent customer service and manage the smooth running of the charity shop and its volunteers. Their responsibilities will also encompass maintenance of the warehouse, including but not limited to, managing access, supervising deliveries, and carrying out inspections for health and safety purposes. It is essential you have proven management experience gained in retail or charity sector and you know how to get the best from your shop and your team. This includes having the ability to generate and control donated stock, achieve sales and targets, coach and manage staff and volunteers, and being able to create a safe working environment.
