Market leading technology company based in Eastleigh, Hampshire is looking for a Windows Support Engineer to join their team. You will be part of a team involved in deployment, configuration and documentation of software and underlying platforms. You will also get the chance to learn a number of new skills focused around DevOps and automation. The purpose of the role is to support systems during upgrading or installation as well as ensuring infrastructure security is maintained. My client is seeking a candidate with good knowledge of Windows Server Support. This role will offer the opportunity to work with cloud technologies and training will be provided for the right candidate. To be considered for this role you must have – Knowledge of Windows (Server and Desktops) An understanding of networking. Knowledge of virtualization technologies. Active Directory Domain Services (DNS, GPO, Replication, etc.) Minimum of 1 year’s infrastructure support, migration and deployment experience. A great attitude and willingness to learn and develop; a team player with a proactive approach. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading company.
