Based in South Manchester, my client already boasts numerous international retail and property businesses within their portfolio that are hugely impressive. In order to support further growth, the Group is seeking to appoint a talented Senior Finance Analyst who can provide the Leadership Team with sound analysis to support strategic financial decision making against the long-term business plan. This is a strategic role. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing complex financial models to support corporate finance activities, valuations, investment appraisals and financial planning and analysis. Furthermore, you will assist with corporate finance projects to ensure the delivery of the group's long-term strategy, and prepare insightful and engaging management information to support business decision making. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and running regular group forecasting processes against long-term business plans, and ensuring forecasts are robust through detailed sensitivity and stress-testing analysis. You will assist in the development of investment appraisal tools and provide support for acquisitions and investment decisions. The business has a highly acquisitive strategy which has resulted in significant forward investment. The opportunities within this business are outstanding.
