IT Field Engineer / IT Support Engineer - Hampshire. We are looking to have conversations with IT Support engineers that love delivering top notch, positive client support. We are working with a leading IT Managed Service provider that supports some of Hampshire's leading SME's along the M27 and M3. Our client prides themselves on providing excellent technical solutions in an open, positive and dynamic manner. Which has seen some excellent growth over the last few years. With their client portfolio growing and benefiting from their client first approach. you will be an excellent IT support generalist. ideally having client facing experience within a Field Solution/ IT Field Engineer basis. Being an expert in delivering software and hardware services. in and around the Microsoft solutions space. You will excellent Microsoft 365, active directory, HP Laptop, generalist desktop hardware exp/ Some windows server experience. Be this cloud or server based. Our client is creating a portfolio of customers where they are seen as their dynamic, friendly and responsive IT department. A friendly, open and solid approach to customer management is essential. In this front line and very important role. hands on support, with a smile and a pride in what you do is the basis of what all great MSP companies are built on. if you like 2nd/ 3rd line Microsoft/ windows/ hardware support. have a good understanding of TCP/IP, Comms, UC, peripherals. Then we would love to hear from you.
