Overview
My client, a rapidly growing start up company in Cambridge, are actively looking for a talented Software Engineer to join them. They focus on system on chip technology and work in partnership with some of the worlds technology leaders. Due to the nature of start up companies, the successful Embedded Software Engineer will need to be flexible to work on a range of projects that vary from hardware and electronics to C++ and Embedded C. Alongside having a degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant subject area such as; Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar, you will need to have experience in the following; Embedded software development in C / C++ Python Experience of Linux and Windows platforms Some experience working on multi-threaded platforms A good appreciation for hardware and electronics is also highly advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are making big waves within their market and growing at an exciting rate.
