Overview
We are looking for a bright, positive, energetic intern to join the fast-paced and growing Ad Operations team here at Avid Global Media. Avid Global Media (part of the Denstu Aegis Network) is a digital content delivery and data business that delivers successful campaigns for a multitude of well-known brands and clients. This role is to join our established Operations team made up of smart, fun and driven people on an intern basis with a view to move to permanent. In this role, your key responsibilities will consist of: Creation, monitoring and optimising of campaign delivery and spend. Leasing with other teams in the business to ensure campaign success. Regular communication and meetings with the rest of the Adops team. Basic first line tech troubleshooting and support. Implementation of third-party tracking. Assisting the campaign management team with regular client reporting and insights. Building relationships and maintaining regular communication with suppliers. Requirements: 2:1 or above in a relevant media, business or analytical degree. Strong self-organisation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office programmes. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well within a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail.
