Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with outstanding people skills and good judgment. Duties/Responsibilities Business · Participate in key meetings to understand the business objectives and needs. · Provide guidance on workforce planning. Recruiting · Defining job requirements and assessing candidates for key jobs. · Work to identify sources, build pipelines, and create recruiting strategies. · Ensure timely and accurate completion of appropriate paperwork required for employment. Performance Management · Assist in administering the compensation and benefits changes associated with personnel transactions including salary adjustments, promotions, demotions, and terminations. Employee relations · Work to improve employee relationships. · Communicate with employees in resolving conflicts and acting as a mediator in facilitating resolution. · Manage enrollment and roll out. · Ensure accuracy of personnel files and documentation. Policy · Provide HR policy guidance. Ensure consistent and accurate policy interpretation. · Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. · Help to apply the Visa sponsorship in UK Basic Qualifications · Master’s degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience in UK OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Human Resources experience in UK. · Indepth knowledge of UK labor law, how to apply and manage sponsorship in UK and other relate legal requirements · Strong interpersonal skills. · Industry knowledge of Biotechnology preferred. · Quick learner. · Adaptable · High proficiency in MS office system. · Ability to balance a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing demands. · Self-directed, passionate about the work, and willing to grow with company.
